Toad in the hole

Ingredients

  • 6-8 sausages
  • 1/2 pint of milk
  • 115g plain flour
  • 3 eggs

Method

  • Heat the oven to around 220 degrees.
  • Cook the sauces with minimal boil until turning to brown, about 15 minutes.
  • Mix the flour, eggs, and milk into a batter.
  • Pour the batter into with the sausages.
  • Cook with the batter for about 25-30 minutes.
  • It should look like Yorkshire puddings when ready.
