Jerk beef

Ingredients

  • Beef (diced)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • Thyme
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tin of tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp of “All purpose seasoning”
  • 1 tsp of “All spice”
  • Worcester sauce
  • 400ml of coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Jerk paste

Method

  • Fry the beer and onion in some oil until it’s browning.
  • Add everything else.
  • Put lid on and cook for 20-30 minutes.
  • Serve with Rice or Mash.
