Cauliflower cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 400ml milk
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 50g butter
  • 100g grated cheese

Method

  • Cook the cauliflower for 5 minutes then put inside an oven proof dish.
  • Melt the butter and add the flour until it is a paste.
  • Slowly add the milk whilst constantly stirring.
  • Once the milk has all gone, add in the grated cheese and stir until you’re happy with the consistency.
  • Pour the sauce over the cauliflower.
  • Cook for 20 minutes in a 200 degree oven.
